Garden on the Beach has its own 24-hour security and the apartment has 2 parking bays, one basement undercover, and one open bay parking 3 meters from your front door.
The swimming beaches and tidal pool area are well managed by a team of professional Lifesavers. A Surfers Paradise with 6 Excellent restaurants, coffee shops, a fresh "Farm to Fork Deli", The Bush Tavern Bar, a Spar, and 2 bottle stores all within walking distance of The Apartment Ballito Lifestyle Centre and Gateways Shopping center are only 15 Kms away.

Pet Friendly
A BIG plus !!! we are pet-friendly (small dogs only). The apartment is comfortable bright and airy, with a wonderful aura, but above all, there is a large veranda virtually in the sea with bar and eating area to accommodate 8 people with stairs leading onto a well-maintained lawn.
